Mushroom Festival Chinese Cookery Demonstration

Hong Kong House (Free) All day Sat and Sun 

Join George Law and his team from the Imperial Chinese Restaurant in Stirling for a demonstartion of authentic Chinese Wok Cooking.

The demonstrations will run throughout the day in the Hong Kong House which is situated inside the Trossachs Discovery Centre in the Main St Aberfoyle. This is a turn up and watch event and no booking is necessary.

Spectators will be able to join in the fun and try their hand at Wok cooking and get to taste the results. George and his team will be on hand to answer any questions you may have and to offer advice on how to get the best out of your Wok.

Also alongside the the cookery demonstrations is the SeeWoo Chinese Emporium where you will be able to purchase some of the items used on the cookery event.

This is a great way to spend sometime inside and learn something new, especially if the weather turns bad, there will always be something to see and do at the Festival.

The Imperial Restaurant is situated in King St and is one of Stirling's longest established venues and you will be made most welcome by George and his staff.

Well worth a visit.
